2024 Highlights

One thing I love about year-ends is the time for reflection. We can be surprised at how much things can happen in a year. It always seem so short, but if we think about it as 365 days, it’s actually a lot. By the time we change our calendars, we always wonder where the year went, so we’re doing this!

January

  • I turned 20+
  • I joined a new company full-time
We went to a restaurant called Iskargu in Bae.

February

  • We went on a free tour in Intramuros
  • I welcomed babi in the PH
  • We celebrated his birthday

March

  • We went to Palawan
  • Mom turned 50+

April

  • We celebrated our 1st anniversary!

May

  • We had a despedida sleep-over for one of our dear friends who’s now living in the US

June

  • We went to Iloilo and Guimaras

July

  • Dad turned 50+

September

  • We went to Cebu
  • We also went to La Union

October

  • I went to enchanted Kingdom for the first time
  • I flew to Argentina
  • We went to Tigre

November

  • We went to Puerto Madero and night of the museums

December

  • I celebrated my first Christmas outside of the PH and with babi’s family

Looking back, it’s the year I’ve traveled the most. I cannot be happy enough to have been able to see different parts of our archipelago, and have tried different foods! This is also the year I embarked on my biggest, most expensive, and longest trip ever. I write this, still, while in Provincia de Buenos Aires. May 2025 be filled with new stories, contentment and peace. Happy New Year, everyone!
